Our Commitment
Longevity Pledge
Version 1.0 · April 2026
Business relationships are long-term. The tools that support them should be too. This is our public, standing commitment to you — our users, our partners, and anyone who depends on JomCard to keep their professional network safe.
Built to last, not to exit
JomCard is an independent, bootstrapped product. No venture capital, no board of directors, no acquisition targets. The only people we answer to are the users who rely on this product every day. As long as there are people who find value in JomCard, we will keep building and maintaining it. Venari Solutions is a registered Malaysian company (No. 202503204425) — you can look us up. Your data belongs to you
Every contact, every card you store in JomCard is yours. We're building full export — vCard and CSV, no support request, no fee — and it goes before new features in the queue. That's the order of priority, on purpose. When it's live, the link will be in your dashboard. We will never hold your data hostage.
No sudden shutdowns
If we ever reach a point where we can no longer sustain the product, you get a minimum of 90 days' notice before anything changes. Export stays open and free for the full window. We will not disappear overnight. The software industry does this too often. We won't.
Open source as a last resort
Your contact book is years of real meetings. People you sat across from, cards you kept because the conversation mattered. If JomCard ever truly has to close, we will release the source code publicly rather than let those connections disappear with us.
Fix first, build second
We don't ship new things until the old things work. That's the whole policy. A contacts app that fails you in the middle of a workday is worse than one with fewer features. So we fix first, build second.
A note on proof
"Longevity isn't a promise. It's a track record."
Any company can write a pledge. What makes it credible is what comes before it. JomCard is built by people who have run independent, debt-free software businesses — not sprinting toward an exit, but building something worth using for the rest of your career. These pledges are not aspirations. They describe how we already operate. The future is hard to predict. The principles behind this page are not.
